These Terms govern your use of CompVault, an app provided by 8888 Media LLC ("we," "us"). By using CompVault, you agree to these Terms.
1What CompVault is
CompVault is a personal organizer for casino comp offers you choose to track. It helps you record and view offers you scan or enter yourself. CompVault is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any casino, gaming operator, or players-club program, and does not display live account balances.
2Your responsibility
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the offers you enter or scan.
- Always confirm the terms, dates, and eligibility of any offer directly with the casino before you rely on it. Offers, values, and expirations shown in CompVault reflect what you captured and may not match the casino's current terms.
- You must be of legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction to use this app as intended.
3Subscriptions
CompVault offers a free tier and an optional Pro subscription ($4.99/month or $39.99/year). Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
4Fair use
To maintain service quality for everyone, CompVault may apply reasonable usage limits designed to prevent abuse. These limits are set well above normal use and do not affect typical usage.
5No warranty
CompVault is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that offer data is complete, current, or error-free. Gambling carries financial risk; CompVault is an organizational tool and does not offer gambling, betting, or financial advice.
6Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 8888 Media LLC is not liable for any losses arising from your use of CompVault, including any decisions made based on offers tracked in the app.
7Changes
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
